PESSIMO DO INÍCIO AO FIM

A princĂ­pio o hotel Ă© bonito, vista bonita, mas logo de cara começamos a ter problemas. A suĂ­te reservada foi a presidencial, onde no anĂșncio informava que possuĂ­a varanda, com uma rede Ă© um sofĂĄ... uma sala de estar, cama de casal... quando entramos na suĂ­te que nos dispuseram nĂŁo havia nem sala de estar e nem varanda, reclamamos Ă  recepção onde ouvimos da recepcionista que a suĂ­te que possuĂ­a varanda acabou sendo destinada a outras pessoas e nĂŁo tinham outra disponĂ­vel, mostraram um quarto PÉSSIMO querendo que nĂłs fĂŽssemos entĂŁo para esse, mas, depois de acordar, acabamos ficando na suĂ­te (pĂ©ssima, mas aceitĂĄvel) sem varanda mas pelo valor da suĂ­te mais simples. Enfim, fomos dormir, a cama de casal nĂŁo era de casal, eram duas de solteiro juntas que ficavam desniveladas, os travesseiros HORRÍVEIS, o ar condicionado pingava sem parar, quando acordamos metade do quarto estava completamente encharcado, a cama de solteiro que tinha no quarto tambĂ©m completamente encharcada (sorte que Ă©ramos apenas 2 e nĂŁo 3 pessoas) e o chuveiro a ĂĄgua era morna para fria. O cafĂ© da manhĂŁ nĂŁo Ă© dos piores, mas Ă© BASTANTE basico, acabamos indo tomar cafĂ© da manhĂŁ em outro lugar mesmo pagando. Pra fechar tudo, o check out era as 15:30, quando deu 14h uma pessoa entrou no quarto (que estava trancado) sem nem bater... no final, meu namorado foi falar com a recepcionista que teve a pior estadia da vida dele e ela nem um pedido de desculpas deu, apenas ficou em silĂȘncio. NÃO RECOMENDO ESSE HOTEL.

Feriado e Dia das Crianças na Serra

Hotel no topo da Serra das Russas, de um espaço físico maravilhoso, lugar tranquilo pra quem quer desacelerar um pouco do stress do trabalho e cidade grande. Fora as piscinas, por sinal, bem descuidadas na questão limpeza, (no segundo dia, e com criança, precisei pedir na recepção que a piscina infantil tivesse uma limpeza adequada), a térmica estava limpa, mais a infantil estava muito suja, o que provocou uma grande decepção nas crianças. Quanto ao restaurante, a opção do menu não oferecia muitas opçÔes, pedi uma salada e não tinha e pra criança só tinha 2 opçÔes no cardåpio, o que foi um sufoco porque se trata de um hotel a km de distùncia de um restaurante onde se possa comer com variedade. Atendimento muito bom. Quartos enormes e com conforto, acomoda tranquilamente 4 pessoas, pelo menos no quarto que fiquei. Paisagem de tirar o fÎlego. Clima excelente, mais pra frio. O frigobar do quarto não funcionava. Se melhorar o restaurante (no primeiro dia, quando fomos tomar café da manhã, jå não tinha quase nada) e a qualidade do que é servido, ficarå muito bom, mesmo porque se trata de um resort. Hi-fi em determinados Mesmo com uma paisagem deslumbrante, não podemos deixar de enxergar os defeitos.

Lugar muito bonito e bem cuidado.. Ótimo para descansar e com uma bela vista do por do sol. O cafĂ© da manhĂŁ deixou muito a desejar, muitas coisas tinha que pedir pra fazer na hora e ninguĂ©m atendia pra saber se querĂ­amos alguma coisa. Mas no geral o pessoal Ă© bastante atencioso e valeu a hospedagem.

Hotel agradĂĄvel para ir em famĂ­lia

Hotel bem agradĂĄvel, parece uma fazenda. Como ponto positivo destacaria a simpatia dos funcionĂĄrios, a estrutura, os quartos que sĂŁo enormes e a cama super confortĂĄvel. Pontos negativos na minha opiniĂŁo foram a piscina que estava suja nos dois dias em que estivemos lĂĄ, a piscina infantil que nĂŁo tem aquecimento, vive vazia por essa causa, o chuveiro entupido e ducha simples, com o frio de GravatĂĄ nĂŁo dĂĄ vencimento, fui com um bebĂȘ e precisei esquentar ĂĄgua. O ar condicionado velho e fazendo muito barulho e o pior de todos que achei foi a comida. Ruim! Pouca variedade e pouco sabor, bem diferente das delĂ­cias que encontramos nos hotĂ©is fazenda e da mĂ©dia dos hotĂ©is em GravatĂĄ. Mas no geral foi bem agradĂĄvel a estadia.

SURPREENDENTE

Perfeito para quem quer tranquilidade, melhor ainda se estiver bem acompanhado. Lugar muito sofisticado, mais nĂŁo se preocupe se vocĂȘ gosta da simplicidade, pois o atendimento Ă© tĂŁo bom que vocĂȘ se sente em casa. Aconselho ai ir no perĂ­odo de inverno, o prazer de estar em um hotel nas "montanhas" fica mais completo. Acesso um pouco complicado, mais nada que qualquer carro nĂŁo dĂȘ conta, ( por estar no meio das montanhas Ă© lĂłgico que o acesso nĂŁo seria simples ). SE VC QUER SURPREENDER SUA ESPOSA OU NAMORADA o local Ă© esse. Deixou a desejar apenas o Wi-Fi, mais quem queria perder tempo conectado? Eu, particularmente, nĂŁo vi atrativo para crianças no inverno, porĂ©m no verĂŁo agradaria toda a famĂ­lia.
