No.908 Otel’de yaşadığımız deneyim maalesef tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı. Otelde ne profesyonel bir hizmet anlayışı ne de düzgün işleyen bir organizasyon vardı. Resepsiyonda çoğu zaman görevli bulunmadığı için her konuda bar personeline başvurmak zorunda kaldık. Kahvaltıda yaklaşık 45 dakika bekledik ve sonunda bayat, taş gibi sert ekmek servis edildi. Ayrıca otelde ütü gibi en temel ihtiyaçlardan birinin bulunmaması da büyük bir eksiklikti. Odamızın kapı kilidi çalışmıyordu ve odamızı kilitleyemiyorduk. Durumu hemen bildirmemize rağmen, sorunun kısa sürede çözüleceği söylenmesine rağmen yaklaşık 5 saat boyunca hiçbir işlem yapılmadı. Üstelik tam hazırlanmamız gereken sırada tamir için gelindi. Odadaki saç kurutma makinesi de son derece yetersizdi ve saç kurutmak gereğinden fazla zaman aldı. Tüm bu sorunları ilettiğimizde ise telafi olarak yalnızca kokteyl teklif edildi. Müdürle görüşmek istediğimizde ise resepsiyondaki kişinin müdür olduğu söylendi ancak kendisine ulaşmak neredeyse mümkün değildi. Hijyen konusunda da ciddi sorunlar vardı. Çalışanlar sürekli sigara içiyor, yemek servisi sırasında kısa süreliğine sigaralarını bırakıp ardından tekrar içmeye devam ediyorlardı. Bu durum son derece hijyen dışı ve profesyonellikten uzaktı. Genel olarak otel, ödediğimiz ücretin karşılığını kesinlikle vermedi. Hizmet kalitesi, organizasyon, hijyen ve müşteri memnuniyeti açısından beklentilerimizin çok altında kaldı. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum ve bence Otel acilen denetlenmesi lazım.
