Best hotel you can stay in Alacati, all the staff were great! Very local to everywhere. The interior was aesthetically pleasing.

Mutsuz ve konforsuz tatil

1 hafta geçirmiş olduğum bu otelde bir çok rahatsız ve mutsuz olduğum durum vardı bunlar susmayan müzik sesi sabah 10 da başlayan ve sanki odanın içinde çalan ses ve 7 gün içinde 5 kere uyarmama rağmen hepsinde ilgilencez diyip kısmadılar sesini , ve üstelik odalar aşırı yalıtımsız ses problemini geçiyorum olan en kötü şeylerden biride banyomuzdan 2 tane hamam böceği çıkmasıydı resepsiyonu aradığımızda gelip öldürdüler ve dalga geçer gibi burda arada oluyo dediler bu oteli size kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum

De eerste dag dat we aankwamen kregen we kamernummer 9. De medewerker zei dit is jullie kamer en moesten we op de grote koffer wachten. Na 15 minuten waren onze koffers niet gebracht. Wij gingen toen zelf naar beneden om de koffers te halen. Een ander medewerker kreeg de opdracht. Nou hij zag dat wij sleutel 6 hadden. Ik zei nee, onze kamernummer is 9. Dus hij deed kamer 6 open en zei dat de deur open ging. Hij zag onze handbagage niet in de kaner dus hij vond het ook raar. Uiteindelijk gingen we naar boven en 9 kon ook geopend worden. Wij gaven aan dat wij ons dan niet veilig zouden voelen, wat nu. De medewerker zei maak je geen zorgen. Dat vond ik heel raar. Ten tweede wc is niet in orde. De wc-bril is kapot en schuift naar beneden en de wc klep is 2x op mijn rug gevallen. Vind ik erg goor. En handdoekhouder was ook kapot. Onze handdoek stond steeds op de wastafel. Er is geen prullenbak in de slaapkamer, alleen in de wc. De douche was steeds warm-koud wat ik erg vervelend vond. Er werken daar 2 jonge mannen die hun best deden. Dat zijn voornamelijk de jongens die onze ontbijt verzorgden en onze vragen beantwoordden. Verder vond ik de rest van de medewerkers niet erg klantvriendelijk. Ze groetten niet en ik zag ook niet eens een klein beetje glimlach of interesse in hun klanten. Verder zag het hotel er goed ingericht uit, maar dat was dan ook de enige positieve die ik kan vermelden.

Otel konum olarak harika, Önune araba yanaşmaması dez avantaj, otel kucuk biraz basıyor insanı kaldıgımız oda soğuk ve rutubet kokuyor, bidaha kalırmıyım diye sorarsanız o fıyata daha iyi otellerde kalınabılıyor, çalısanlar çok guler yuzlu ve iyiler,
