Bu otelde yaşadığımız deneyim maalesef tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı. Odamızın duvarlarında uzun süredir temizlenmemiş ölü böcekler vardı ve hijyen konusunda ciddi eksiklikler göze çarpıyordu. İlk olarak bize bodrum katında bir oda verildi. Daha sonra ek ücret ödeyerek en üst kattaki bir odaya geçtik, ancak bu kararımız durumu daha da kötüleştirdi. Gece boyunca neredeyse hiç uyuyamadık. Rüzgâr nedeniyle çatıdan sürekli gürültü geliyor, sanki bir parça sürekli sallanıyor veya gevşek bir şey her dakika ses çıkarıyordu. Bu rahatsız edici gürültü gece boyunca hiç kesilmedi. Bunun yanı sıra otel çalışanları da misafirlere karşı ilgili ve çözüm odaklı değildi. Yaşadığımız sorunlara karşı yeterince yardımcı olmadılar ve profesyonel bir yaklaşım sergilemediler. Hijyen, konfor ve hizmet kalitesi açısından beklentilerimizin çok altında kalan bu oteli kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim.
