Bu, müşteri memnuniyetine verilen önemin ne kadar düşük olduğunu açıkça gösteriyor. Bir otelden beklenen en temel hizmetlerden biri olan elektrik bile sağlanamıyorsa, bu oteli başkalarına tavsiye etmem çok zor. Otel yönetiminin, bu tür sorunlarla karşılaşan misafirlerine daha etkili ve hızlı çözümler sunması gerektiğini düşünüyorum.
