The location couldn’t be more ideal. Just steps from a pristine beach, with the convenience of nearby shops and restaurants, it strikes the perfect balance between seclusion and accessibility. The beach itself was stunning—clean, peaceful, and the perfect spot to relax. One of the highlights was the overall ambience of the hotel. Whether lounging in the lobby, dining on-site, or enjoying the outdoor spaces, everything was designed with care, style, and attention to detail. It created a sense of calm, luxury, and escape.
View from my standard sea view room was amazing. My balcony was so beautiful felt like paradise. I never wanted to leave.

Our hotel was clean, but there are a few points that I have to remind: 1- We were traveled as a family and because of this we rather to reserve half passion (breakfast and dinner). I asked 2 plates and bowl from Housekeeping, she said that we have to charge you for 500TL 🙄. I said thank you I dont want any empty plate. 2- we were paid for dinner, but after eating dinner when we asked for a cup of tea garson was coming with a tea bill 🙄 tea bags are free in the room. My family and I had a great time at Ontur. Premises we well kept and everything was very clean and operating as expected. Staff was very nice and helpful. Food was excellent with enough variety and fresh. Beach was gorgeous. Pools were nice and clean. Nothing but the best to say about Ontur. Highly recommend!!!

You should definitely try it.

We wanted just to test at first. But it turned out to be the best holiday ever. So I had to extend my stay. It was an amazing experience from the scenery to the staff itself. I highly recommend this fabulous spot. I definitely will get back there regularly.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely bad. It says that it is a 5-star hotel, but it is at MAX 3 stars. The food was bad and we paid 1000 TL to wash 5 t-shirts?! They try to take every oppurtunity to earn money from you. When we asked about the boulevard, the reception was pushing us to buy a tour. And again: the food is awful.

Don’t get confused by the negative online reviews

Before i’ve booked our stay i’ve checked some reviews online. Cleanliness was mentioned as negative but for my experience I can assure that the premises and the room we stayed in was spotless clean. Although it was the last day before closing for winter we had new towels in our room. It was much appreciated. Staff was very nice and friendly. Food was good, there was nothing to argue about. So the online rating isn’t that accurate. My advise: just check it for yourself and don’t be prejudiced by the online reviews. Overall we were satisfied.

Ontur was a good hotel. My dad didn’t feel well and they had one staff on duty for emergencies. In addition, I needed a laptop for a very urgent business application and they arranged one for me. I appreciate the good service.

Alles war schön, wir haben ins Wohl gefühlt. Was ganz für mich negativ war; diese service Gebühr um einen glas 2 meter weiter zu bringen von 10% von Endbetrag !! Die preise am Bar und überall im hotel waren ohnehin schon überteuert ohne Ende, dazu noch service Gebühr verlangen?? Sonst passt soweit alles. Für die Preise könnte man bisschen mehr an animation und Attraktionen anbieten sogar noch all-inclusive.. Danke
