The hotel food was delicious. We were very pleased with the friendly staff service and the quality of the food compared to other hotels. We are not a couple who likes crowds, so we can say that it was a perfect winter holiday except for Saturday. Unfortunately, Saturday was not good in terms of elegance and noise. The pool was clean and quiet except for Saturday. We did every activity (table tennis, chess, reading, walking on the beach, backgammon, exercising in the gym) I recommend it to everyone who wants to relax especially in winter and is looking for a decent environment

The hotel was overall fine. The room is dated but still ok. The biggest obstacle was for me the language barrier. The majority of employees do not speak English at all. That brings one to awkward moments when you order food twice in the restaurant but find out after 45 min that it was never ordered as the waiters did not understand you. The Menue for the restaurant is reached by QR code and it’s then displayed in your mobiles language, so in my case in German. I travel a lot but these kind of easy to fix language problems I haven’t seen for quite some time. The reception staff was better trained but also not fully , so you have to have patience for them to find a colleague who speaks English. The food was very good, but at night I did not understand why only water was served. I was never asked if I like to drink something else, that looked like a missed opportunity on the hotel side.

Downside: Check in time was stated as 2pm. However, 2 out of the 3 rooms were not ready by 2pm. We received the second room at 2.30pm and the third at 3.30pm.

Not a 5-star property. Simply did not meet expectations for star-rating and price. The property/expericence as a whole isn't bad, but a lot of details are overlooked. Beds not great. Room size average. Beach is nice. The staff, even the reception personnel, do not speak English. We tried to communicate basic things like, "please make sure the rooms are vacuumed", which went over their heads, or "the fridge doesn't work", which, finally I used Google Translate for, but it didn't matter, because the fridge never got fixed. They had 3 people working at the beach bar, all standing around. We had to go to the bar every day to get snacks and drinks. Then on the 2nd to last day we discovered that each umbrella had a call button! "How cool", we thought. Of course that didn't work. Why didn't they inform us that there were call buttons on the first day (assuming they worked) and/or why didn't they attend the beach chairs actively? The room cleaning consisted of making the beds. Each day, our bathrooms just got dirtier. They never celaned the sink, the toilet, the shower. They never vacuumed. The rooms weren't very clean to begin with. Breakfast buffet was nice.

The property had a luxurious feel, looking out at the infinity pool to the ocean. The lobby was spacious and the rooms were a good size and amenities were good. The indoor pool, spa area and sauna was clean and serviced well. The breakfast and dinners had lots of options, food was fresh and tasty.

bathroom were not properly cleaned, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene. The food options in the open buffet for both breakfast and dinner were limited and of poor quality. Despite our request for two rooms to be close to each other, they were placed two floors apart, which was especially inconvenient for my 81-year-old mother. Her assigned room was difficult to access, and the corridor leading to it was poorly lit and unsafe for someone her age. This lack of attention and care made our stay stressful and unpleasant.

Das Hotel entspricht aus unserer Sicht nicht einem 5-Sterne Standard. Das Hotelgebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend erneuert und modernisiert werden. Das Essen war nicht gut. Zudem war das Hotel maßlos überfüllt. Die Liegen und Handtücher waren nicht gut. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das zuvorkommende Personal, sehr hilfsbereite freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Meer ist ebenfalls wunderschön.

Wir waren als Paar im Juli 2025 für eine Woche da. Die Anlage befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet. Neben einem öffentlichen Strand. Mit dem Taxi dauert die Fahrt zur Cesme Marina 10min. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir gut empfangen mussten aber auf unsere Koffer achten die uns später in das Zimmer gebracht wurden. Man hat uns nicht zum Zimmer geführt wir mussten selbst den Weg finden. Das Gebäude ist zwar schön aber macht auf mich ein bedrückenden Eindruck sehr dunkel kaum Tageslicht. Der Fahrstuhl hat ein Touchscreen was manchmal kompliziert wird. Wir haben ein Standartzimmer mit Stadtblick gebucht dort war neben dem Fernseher eine Durchgangstür vor dem kleiner Tisch abgestellt wurde. Das geht gar nicht wegen evtl. Lärm der Gäste aus dem Zimmer neben an. Wir sind zur Rezeption und haben ein neues Zimmer gefordert. Die kam mit irgendwelchen Ausreden die ich nicht akzeptiert habe. Das neue Zimmer war gut und sauber. Softgetränke müssen bei der Halbpension extra bezahlt werden. Wir haben während des Aufenthaltes nur zweimal eine Zimmerreinigung gewünscht! Folgende Probleme: 1. Trotz Hinweis zur Zimmereinigung wurde diese nicht durchgeführt 2. Am nächsten Tag erneut um Reinigung gebeten trotzdem nicht erfolgt mich komischen Aussagen das die Tür sich nicht öffnen lies. 3. wieder mündlich um eine Reinigung gebeten wieder verspätet und erneut nachhefragt bis dann das Zimmer gereinigt wurde. Essen gut Hotel okay Strand perfekt Personal schlecht Zimmertüren sehr laut lautes knallen

Mükemmel ötesi

Otelin temizliğine, manzarasına, güler yüzlü personellerine, yemeklerine, tatlılarına tek kelimeyle bayıldık.. Çift olarak hem kış hem yaz tatilleri yapmayı çok seviyoruz bu otelde ilk defa konakladık yaz ayında da gelmeyi planlıyoruz şiddetle tavsiye ederiz :)
