The hotel was okay overall. The beds were very comfortable, although the rooms felt quite dark. Unfortunately, the first room we were given was right next to the elevator, and the noise was extremely loud and made it difficult to relax. Thankfully, Expedia’s Virtual Assistant was incredibly helpful. They responded immediately and helped arrange for our room to be changed very quickly, which we really appreciated. The second room was much better, and we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay comfortably. A big thank you to Expedia for the excellent and efficient customer support.

It was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Super clean, beautiful hotel located in a very beautiful neighborhood in Ankara. Far from the crowd yet you can easily reach the most popular avenues and neighborhoods around. Super kind workers and the restaurant had the best food dishes.

We booked into the Boreas for our honeymoon. The staff were very helpful, and even upgraded us to a bigger room. However, this is where the trouble in paradise began. Even though we were upgraded, there were many things wrong. First of all the TV, although a smart TV has been deactivated due to “noise”. The showerhead was broken upon our arrival. Although an Internet came relatively swiftly, the next day to fix the issue. Even when we went to use the Jacuzzi, there was an awful egg smell coming from the jets. We were incredibly disappointed. What should’ve been a lovely couple of days was us constantly calling reception about the numerous issues with the room. The software as helpful as they could be and the breakfast was splendid, with a variety of options.

Overall it was a good stay. I booked an executive suite with a tub and balcony. Couch is more comfy than the bed. No privacy at balcony so only good for smokers. Minibar so expensive, they should have put a warning sign. Valet service is great, almost no street parking tho. Breakfast has plenty choices and is delicious!

I stayed at this hotel during a heat wave. Yet the AC was regularly shut down and I had to remind them to turn it on regularly. When I asked why this was necessary I was lectured about how it was now common practice in the world to turn off AC. WOW! To conclude with a positive note, I should give credit for the impeccable cleanliness of the room.

Odalar son derece temiz. Personel güler yüzlü ancak deneyimsiz. Maalesef, mimarın öngörüsüzlüğü neticesinde kötü bir armatür seçimi nedeniyle lavaboyu kullandığınızda her yere ve üstünüze su sıçramakta. Ben odamdaki vanayı kısarak çözüm buldum. Lokasyon çok iyi. Kahvaltıda self-service, kaliteli bir kahve makinesi beklerdim; ancak görevliden rica ettiğinizde size istediğiniz kahveyi servis ediyor. Kalabalıkta biraz gecikme olsa da kahvenizi içebiliyorsunuz. Onun dışında filtre kahve servisi her daim hazır.

Verilen oda en küçük oda, oturacak bir sandalye dahi yok, galiba Hotels sitesinden ayırttığımız için. ilk odada elbise dolabında askı çubuğu kırık, çözüm üretilemedi. Çubuğu yedek yorgan rafına sıkıştırıp, askıyı kullandım. Klima yetersiz. Gecekondu gibi. Üstüne, Dünya kupası finali var, TV açılamadı. Nihayet odamı değiştirdiler. Yine klima ve TV sıkıntısı. Final maçını laptop'tan seyrettim. Kahvaltıda zayıf olunca, başka beklentim kalmadı...
