Should be a 2 star hotel not 3. Pros: - Ski-in, ski-out - Great, friendly staff Cons: - Old, run-down hotel - Poor quality food in the restaurant - Flies in the bedroom - Bedsheet and towels are low quality linen cloth - Had no hot water for showers through-out stay - Cleaners came into room despite a Do Not Disturb sign on door - No kettle, iron or safe - Lift was often broken

Location voto 9 ( 10 dopo l'orario di chiusura funivia ore 16 circa), stanza con mobilio vintage voto 4 , personale sempre disponibile voto 9, colazione voto 8, cena voto 6, spa a pagamento voto 8 (uno spazio per cambiarsi sarebbe gradito ed un sistema di maggior privacy pure diversamente si è alla mercé di ogni curioso) rapporto qualità/ prezzo voto 9 (120 euro mezza pensione notte di sabato su domenica in agosto spa e tassa di soggiorno inclusa per due persone.) , ci sarebbe anche una palestra con vista monti voto 4: sembra un deposito di attrezzi in uno spazio angusto di un corridoio del 2 piano. Da ritornare in inverno...certo poi potete essere sfortunati e capitare nei giorni in cui ragazzini ormonati fanno li uno stage sportivo ... amen non potete scappare ps :nel prezzo tenere conto che risparmiate il prezzo funivia

Buono nel complesso

L’hotel è un po’ vetusto nel complesso, le camere sono sufficientemente spaziose, ma andrebbero rinnovate, assieme al mobilio. I bagni sono nuovi e funzionali. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La location e l’adiacenza alle piste e agli impianti di risalita è il suo forte, ma diventa un problema quando le condizioni meteorologiche impongono la chiusura degli impianti. Nel complesso siamo stati bene.

Lage 1a, Zimmer okay, Essen gut

Wir waren zu zweit in einem 5(!)-Bett-Zimmer. Man hatte ausreichend Platz, zu fünft wäre es aber sehr, sehr eng gewesen. Das Zimmer hätte etwas sauberer sein können (dicke Staubflusen auf dem Boden). Im Bad hat der Duschvorhang gefehlt, da war Badboden wischen im Urlaubserlebnis inklusive. Das Essen war gut. An Vegetarier wurde beim Menü nicht gedacht, aber man hat sehr flexibel und kreativ reagiert und mein Sohn war immer sehr zufrieden mit seinem Abendessen. Die Lage direkt auf der Piste ist natürlich super. Es gibt einen kleinen Skiraum, aber keine Skischuhtrockner Entgegen der Beschreibung bei Expedia, gibt es natürlich eine ganz normale Rezeption für den Check-In.

Esperienza da non ripetere

Camera quadrupla con mobilio vecchio e trascurato tranne un letto a castello IKEA seminuovo; scarso spazio anche causa quinto letto non richiesto; bagno squallido con vasca senza doccia e/o tenda, asciugacapelli e portarotolo rotti; riscaldamento ad orari insufficiente (appena tiepido dalle 8:00, freddo di giorno, caldo solo dopo le 18:00 fino a circa mezzanotte); pessima insonorizzazione (schiamazzi in corridoio a qualsiasi ora con la sensazione di avere gente in camera); TV piccola e con tre soli canali RAI causa danni all'antenna per il vento 3 giorni prima (probabilmente gli antennisti erano tutti impegnati). Aree comuni sporche e trascurate (anche fili elettrici scoperti facilmente accessibili). Nonostante certe camere, la Direzione ha pensato bene di mettere in cantiere una nuova spa, peraltro ancora da ultimare e quindi non accessibile. Per i patiti della tecnologia: il wireless non ha funzionato un solo minuto. Il personale alla reception risulta poco incline ad accettare le critiche e poco disponibile a risolvere i problemi. Note positive: il cibo, buono e curato, ed il personale di ristorante e animazione, gentili e professionali. Una menzione particolare per il signor Beni: eccezionale! Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è pessimo ed il livello medio della struttura, della camera e di parte dei servizi, risulta inaccettabile per una classificazione alberghiera a 3 stelle. Una chicca: la ricevuta di pagamento viene rilasciata su carta intestata dell'Hotel Galles di Genova.

Raggiungibile solo in funivia e la cosa non è segnalata. Contattata la reception e la risposta è stata: "ma i nostri clienti lo sanno!!". Avendo prenotato su internet non ho rilevato la difficoltà, tra l'altro la mappa che il sito riporta segna una strada che invece non esiste (salvo che per gli spazzaneve!!!). Carente di cortesia, irraggiungibile per utenti "normali". Ho perso i soldi, ma è il meno!!! l'importante è non essere finito in un posto senza alternative al ristorante dell'albergo!!!

No car access but majestic location closest Cervin

There is no car access to the hotel but cable car from Breuil-Cervinia is possible at opening hours (need more than one hour by walking) The hotel location is majestic (just in front of the Cervin @ 2500m altitude) and whatever the building is quite old the room including bathroom was large and bed was comfortable. The hotel staff including restaurant team was very pleasant and the dinner menus was very-very good regarding to its reasonable price. Breakfast was more classic (the same each day) but I have appreciated the fresh fruits cocktail. We just miss the receptionist friendliness (maybe also a smile) to enjoy all the hotel. L'accès en voiture n'est pas possible mais il est possible de prendre le téléphérique depuis Breuil-Cervinia pendant les heures d'ouvertures (compter plus d'une heure de marche à pied) La situation de l'hôtel est majestueuse (juste devant le Cervin à 2500m d'altitude) et bien que l'hôtel soit plutôt vieux, la chambre incluant la salle de bains était spacieuse et le lit confortable. Le personnel de l'hôtel incluant l'équipe du restaurant était très agréable et les menus du soir très-très bons compte tenu du prix du repas. Le petit-déjeuner était plus classique (le même chaque jour) mais j'ai apprécié la salade de fruits frais. Il ne manque qu'un peu de convivialité du réceptionniste (peut-être aussi un sourire) pour apprécier complètement l'hôtel.

ロープーウェイで上がる山の中腹のホテル。そのため、ロープーウェイの運行時間内でないとホテルに行けない（戻れない）ことはデメリトですが、ホテルと麓とのロープーウェイは無料で乗れますしロ営業運行の後にも19時だった思いますが、もう一度だけロープーウェイを動かしてくれます。ホテル＆ロープーウェイの建物の外にでるとマッターホルンが目の前に見上げるようにそびえ立っています。天候が良ければ言うことなし。ホテルは清掃なども行き届いており綺麗ですし、スタッフの対応も良かったです。ただ、山の中腹なので買い出しができないのであらかじめ購入しておく必要があります。

Dormire a piedi del cervino e godere del panorama è stato stupendo. Abbiamo perso la funicolare x arrivare all'hotel..il titolare è stato gentilissimo è venuto a prenderci con la GIP. Ottima cena e colazione più che abbondante.

Faboulus Hotel and Excellent staff

We were 4 family stayed in this hotel for one night and end up booking for two nights. the hotel was excellent staff were very friendly and view location awesome. i would defenitly go back and would highly recommend to every one who planning a trip to Cerviniya. my special thanks go to Ricardo (hotel manager) who looked after us in every respect.

Più un 2 stelle che un 3!

Struttura vecchiotta e architettonicamente orribile (come tante purtroppo in val d'Aosta) ma comoda per rimanere in quota. Cena abbondante anche se di qualità media. Colazione discreta. Camera soddisfacente (ma perché abbiamo chiesto di cambiare e la striminzita doppia ci è stata sostituita con una più spaziosa tripla). Il vero lato negativo è stata la mancanza di acqua calda al rientro dalla gita nel tardo pomeriggio. Alle 18 mia moglie è scesa alla reception per farlo notare è ha ricevuto come risposta che la caldaia viene attivata alle 19.30! Sorpreso della risposta mi sono recato io stesso alla reception e da un'altra persona mi è stata data una risposta completamente diversa, cioè che la caldaia era presumibilmente andata in blocco. Finalmente verso le 19.30 è arrivata l'acqua calda, un po' tardi visto che a quell'ora pensavamo di essere già a cena. Se avessi scelto di dormire in un rifugio di montagna, avrei accettato meno malvolentieri questi inconvenienti, ma abbiamo optato per un hotel 3 stelle, benché dal prezzo decisamente conveniente.

Eccellente posizione in un posto fantastico

La struttura avrebbe bisogno di un restauro ma, comunque, è assolutamente discreta e mi ha consentito di passare tre belle giornate con mio figlio, un ragazzino di 14 anni, in un albergo gestito in modo assolutamente eccellente da una equipe sempre gentile e disponibile. La cucina, compatibilmente con la categoria, è certamente di buon livello ed al mattino, per colazione, si trova qualsiasi cosa si possa desiderare. Ci torneremo certamente!!!!!!!!!!
