I specifically stated that for religious purposes, I could not eat the meat provided by the hotel so I ordered food and the staff told me no outside food was allowed, and I told them that I needed my meals to be Halal. They did not accommodate in any way shape or form. I also fast for religious purposes and during the hours I’m allowed to eat there is no food available at the hotel and they still stated that I could not get outside food when no food was being provided by the hotel. The lack of compassion and courtesy was truly appalling.

This was an incredible stay, we where treated with respect and gave us a VIP access. It was so awesome I recommend a 100 if your looking somewhere to stay in Antigua Guatemala.
