A beautiful property in a very remote location. If you want to go out at night this wouldn’t be the hotel for you. It’s more spa oasis kind of place. Took a wine class and was very informative.

Beautiful property. Great staff! 5 star service and amenities. The in house restaurant Faula was one of the best meals of our trip. The spa and our treatment was so relaxing and pleasing as well. Need a car or car service to reach the resort and if you want to visit nearby towns. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would love to return in the future.

Overall the hotel was really good. The reason it didn't get a 5 star was because for one of the dinners we ordered a white wine which had gone flat and was not as fresh as it should be. The staff were really good with offering us another option which was good. We were also offered truffles, but did not opt for them as they didn't smell fresh enough or like the normal truffles. Otherwise overall, I would still recommend this hotel and would book again.

Booked two rooms through the app. Arrived after a long drive through the mountains, only to be told our reservation had been cancelled — no call, no email, no warning. The explanation was a "system error" that apparently left them unaware they had no rooms. They moved us to another hotel. Calling it a downgrade is generous — the room felt more like a hospital ward than a hotel, closer to a cell than anything we had paid for. If you cancel a confirmed booking on guests standing in your lobby at night, the very least you owe them is equivalent accommodation. Not something worse, somewhere else, with a shrug. Unprofessional from start to finish.
