Le personnel m’a informé d’un problème de connexion une fois après avoir réglé. Pas de wifi, pas de connexion dans les chambres et impossible de m’envoyer une facture que je ne pourrais pas me faire rembourser car le dernier délai pour envoyer les notes de frais est aujourd’hui. J’ai en plus été malade après avoir consommé le petit déjeuner. Est-ce vraiment le petit déjeuner?! J’attends un retour de la part de l’hôtel concernant cette facture impossible à me transmettre par e-mail. Qui va le rembourser la nuit ?!

Personnel très aimable, surtout le réceptionniste de nuit. Je ne reviendrais pas à cause du manque de confort : le matelas est tellement fin qu’on sent les lattes dans le dos en dormant. La chambre est beaucoup plus petite que sur les photos (visiblement prises avec un grand angle), il y a très peu d’espace pour circuler et tout est entassé. La moquette était très abîmée et tachée, donnant une impression de saleté. Le petit-déjeuner était correct, sans plus. En résumé : hôtel pour une nuit de passage seulement et, à mon avis, surévalué. Inadmissible qu’un Ibis ait des lits dans cet état ; ils devraient les changer d’urgence.
Photo du matelas : extrêmement fin. La partie noire en dessous est la base en bois avec des lattes, c’est comme dormir par terre. Je voyage beaucoup et je n’ai jamais vu un matelas pareil, même dans les pires auberges.

Problème avec hôtels.com et ibis très moyen

Problème avec notre réservation hôtels.com qui n'a pas été transmise à l'ibis. L'accueil fut agréable et nous avons trouvé une solution pour récupérer notre réservation et ne pas repayer. Les chambres communicantes étaient pratiques mais moquette très sale. Une des deux salles de bain inutilisable tellement elle était moisie (odeur horrible). Les lits creux au milieu car les matelas sont vieux. Le petit déjeuner était pas mal.
