Portail du parking qui ne ferme plus, porte de l'hotel qui désormais reste ouverte la nuit (en panne sans doute), n'importe qui peux donc rentrer dans l'hotel. Je suis venu plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel avant tout fonctionnait correctement. La ca laisse a désirer je trouve

Bien mais perfectible

Très bien. Malheureusement le hall sentait fort la cigarette qur les employés fument sur le seuil de porte pour ne pas avoir à sortir au froid. De plus, les serviettes sont systématiquement remplacées même si elles sont accrochées aux portants comme demandé.

Sejour sans grand intérêt

Sejour convenable, chambre propre, trop faible insonorisation, douche qui transforme la salle d'eau en piscine ...mais bonne literie. Personnel quasi absent. C'est un hotel dans lequel on va par obligation.

Ont reviendra comme même. Tout aurait pu bien se passer mais malheureusement avec une douche bouchée. nous nous sommes retrouvés avec de l'eau partout dans la salle de bains et chambres que nous avons dû nettoyer avec les serviettes que nous avions euh . il a fallu donc Aller à la réception pour rechercher d'autres serviettes et indiquer le problèmes. Sans avoir eux d'autres solution.

Mold ceiling and mold in the bathroom. Dirty mattress. The room I stayed in could definitely need some “TLC”, although I’m sure housekeeping did there very best. I would say it’s the management that needs to address the issues.

Hôtel très pratique en cas de compétition de Hockey à la patinoire juste à côté. Enregistrement facile et rapide. Chambre moderne, assez spacieuse et propre.
