“這次的住宿，徹底改變了我的想法。以前來澳，大多住在金沙城，付著高昂的代價享受著虛榮。但這次決定冒險試試這家老飯店，卻讓人處處驚豔。新中央酒店像是老酒新裝，放眼所及的裝潢設計及擺設，古典卻又實用，例如老式轉盤電話，真的能撥；手機連上飯店內wifi可透過app控制燈光及窗簾開關；床是中等硬度，稍嫌不夠軟；磁浮空調夠冷；免費的飲料小食礦泉水竟每日都會補；電視頻道多又清楚；餐廳服務人員有溫度，早餐套餐式的設計非常好看，也好吃...真要雞蛋裡挑骨頭，就只有這房型沒浴缸，房門隔音略差。飯店的地段好，處在老城區，轉角就是議事亭前地、馳名餐廳、24小時超市及小夜市等，十分接地氣。往後來澳，新中央絕對是首選之一。”
