Our first impressions when we walked into our room was WOW! It had everything you could want. The casino was smaller than I thought it would be, but it was good enough. We just wish we were staying longer.

Rooms were very small.

I've stayed here a few times for work. Not a bad place for the price. Its clean and close to freeway and restaurant. Most people staying here seem to be professionals.

I was simply expecting more…. 1- previous guest underwear found on bedroom floor after checking in. Took two different phone calls to have someone come and pick it up. Although I was provided with an appeasement credit in the form of a food and beverage credit. I simply don’t trust the cleanliness of the hotel. 2-terrible communication in pool area. Trying to use the pool was a disaster. In the end, they wanted $450-$600 to reserve seating in the adult area. I was not offered towels or provide any type of guidance us to how to obtain service services. 3-room service is not as advertised. Typically there’s a menu you select an item on your TV or call the front desk. There was a circuitous process that ended up being a DoorDash or similar delivery service, but was advertised as room service. It took so much effort that I simply gave up. Positive: the room was nice and the view was as expected. Summary: With other choices being available to consumers in Las Vegas, this was a very underwhelming experience and I would not return or recommend the hotel.

Clean rooms, fast self service and many amenities

There is a 4 PM check in. We arrived at the property at 6 PM, waited in line for an hour only to be told the room wasn’t ready. The property is nice and I did like the room, but I was told I would have a food credit that I never received. I tried to order food from the bar at the pool (they do have menus) only to be told the wait would be an hour and a half so we went next-door with the same menu ordered the food and it was on the table in 15 minutes. They have limits to spend at the bar I went to on the 66th floor but for me it’s a hard to spend $150 per person on alcohol and appetizers. I spent $360 including tip on a bill that was $240. I checked out a day early and when I called they tried to bill me $90 for an early checkout. I tried to park my car out front so I could run to the room and grab my luggage. I had every intention on tipping the valet, but he threatened to have my vehicle towed. I have lived in Las Vegas for 26 years and I have done several “staycations“ over the years, but this facility seems to have a lot of employees and not many who thrive on Customer Service. If you stay here, good luck I hope you have a better experience I did.

Staff was great but that’s about it. Rooms and bathrooms are extremely small. You can hear everything from the hallways
