The apartment is amazing - open concept for kitchen and living room with a great view of the pier and water. Bedrooms are nicely separated with super comfy beds. Floor to ceiling windows have great shades for privacy too! Kitchen has great basics for cooking too - full spice rack and pots/pans. Will totally stay here again!

Everything was amazing. Clean room, great staff and close to everything! My boyfriend and I stayed in the penthouse and loved it ❤️

During our stay at The Viv, several issues impacted our experience. We selected the hotel in part because pre-arrival communications advertised convenient Disneyland shuttle service, but upon arrival we learned no shuttle was available, resulting in unexpected transportation expenses. We also encountered inaccurate information regarding Top of the V operating hours, as the hours listed on hotel materials did not match the actual closing times communicated by staff. Additionally, a promised $20 food and beverage credit was missing from our final bill and was only applied after we identified the error and contacted the hotel. Finally, a publicly advertised Wine Wednesday promotion offering 50% off bottles of wine was not honored during our visit. Collectively, these issues reflect concerns with the accuracy of hotel communications, billing practices, and the consistent application of advertised guest benefits and promotions.

The breakfast was very well done. Hotel has made some updates, but in my bathroom, I tried to hang up my bath towel, the towel holder fell off the wall. The ice maker kept loudly making ice through the night. It didn’t have a switch to turn it off. The second night I put a hand towel over the ice previously made, which did make it quieter.
