Long wait for dining and room service. Manager delivered my breakfast personally because I was having problems. Noisy over my room because of music at night. Locks on doors are difficult to use Food in dining room was very good, despite the wait and wait staff. Not enough servers for inside and out. Spa treatments were terrific. Manager at desk gave me a courtesy for some of the issues I had. I can’t remember his name but he sits at a computer near the check-in. Days I believe I have been there before and will come again. Beach is sensational.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kimpton EPIC Hotel in Miami. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and professional. The location was excellent, with restaurants within walking distance and attractions like the Frost Science Museum and Jungle Island just a short drive away. Overall, a great experience and a convenient place to stay in Miami, especially when traveling with children. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was really nice, there are small things that can be improved but overall nice.
