This was a quaint little place that was very clean and a wonderful view of the ocean. The problem is there was no elevator and I had to lug everything up two flights of stairs. It's a little of pricey side to be such an older place but the staff was great. The towels didn't really seem clean. They were not soft and they didn't smell fresh so I'm not sure what was going on with that.

The coffee service in the lobby area was pitiful. Staff did the best they could with what was available but paying near $6 for a medium size serving should get you better coffee and a better selection of creamers. You can easily do better.
