“This place was a fantastic respite from the heat during Mariposa. After camping for the last several years (and a couple more spent in cars) I decided to splurge on a room and I was not disappointed. Obviously you're not staying at a 5-star resort but the amenities are perfect for someone who needs the room for pit stops between adventures. The shower was great, the bed was comfy, and the fridge/microwave let us cook our own meals in the evenings if we wanted to! Overall I would absolutely stay...

“Room was clean and the little space with the bunk beds was a huge hit with my daughter. It was quiet and teh AC worked amazingly well. Pool was smaller than expected but it was also clean and there were towels there to use. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a bit noisy outside with cars revving engines, however that's the location and overall it was a very nice stay and will stay again if ever in that area.”

“The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, parking was easy and the cost was very reasonable. The only issue was that there were fruit flies in the room throughout our stay. We couldn’t figure out where they were coming from, and they didn’t go away. It was a little unpleasant, so it might be worth checking the room for a source and making sure there isn’t an issue with drains or food waste.”

“Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. It's an old school motor inn that leaves you feeling like you've traveled back in time...in a fun way! The room we stayed in (honeymoon suite) was reasonably updated and met all of our needs. The accomodation is quite basic but seemed adequate overall. Just don't expect anything "fancy" and you won't be disappointed. Great location being immediately off the highway and also just a few minutes and direct drive to beautiful Cobourg Beach. “It is your basic highway side motel. Nothing fancy but for the price it is a place to lay your head. No restaurant on the property but your a 2 minute drive to downtown Bobcaygeon. Doors stick, windows stick but they all work. Staff were quick to fix tv when we lost the signal. Parking lot is gravel and full of potholes. Needs to be fixed.”
