“Muy buena comida en el Restaurante. Habitaciones muy espaciosas. Buena conexión de Internet. Muy buena ubicación. Las camas y cobertores son relativamente pequeños y las habitaciones dan la sensación de viejas.”

“All was ok until someone from the stuff approached me during breakfast raising her voice (almost screaming) telling me that breakfast was not included (it was) and that I should go to reception. I left in the middle of my breakfast y confirmed that it was included with reception. Nobody apologised for that situation. What a way to waste an experience.”

“The young guy that was in the reception for the second night accused me of having someone else in the room when I lost my key and asked for an new one, he even came with me and enter in me room because he wanted to inspect the room. The hotel is good, but that was the last time for me there.”

“Otroligt trevlig lägenhet i perfekt läge. Ingen kunde vara mer glad än jag. Väldigt rymligt rum och en fantastisk balkong där man kan sitta med ett gott glas vin i handen och njuta av den vackra omgivningen. Kvinnan i receptionen var en av de trevligaste jag mött på hotell. Låt henne jobba kvar här för alltid. Tack för en magisk upplevelse! Kan tänka mig att besöka Opava igen, enbart för detta trevliga ställe. ”
