“The morning breakfast was excellent with many items served. I would like to compliment the chef for his expertise in food selection and taste. The reservation included many amenities that were not provided initially. When I complained about them at the front desk, I was told they have to be requested which was not clear to us. Once we were transferred into a better room after complaining, everything worked out very well. We will stay there again but will request things at check in or right...

“昔の貴族の館を改装した雰囲気のあるホテルです。オーナーの女性が出迎えてくれて、てきぱきとチェックインの手続きをしてくれました。部屋の準備が整うまでの待ち時間にウェルカムドリンクのマンゴージュースやお水を用意してくれて、エアコンの効いた快適なロビーで気持ち良く過ごすことができました。 部屋のベッドは大きく、エアコン、ファン、冷蔵庫、コーヒー、紅茶セット、何でもそろっています。 ペットボトルのお水もたくさんいただけるので大変助かりました。 出かけるときにもレセプションで、小さなペットボトルを持たせてくれる気遣いは、ほかのホテルではないサービスでした。 滞在中も｢何かリクエストはないですか？足りないものはないですか？｣と声をかけてくれて、オーナーやスタッフ全員が、ゲストを大切に扱ってくれることが伝わってきて、とても嬉しかったです。 新市街のにぎやかな大通りからわずか数メートルですが、静かで落ち着ける場所だったので、毎日リラックスして過ごすことができました。”
