Vacations Close To MRC des Appalaches Tourist Information Center

First, I'm not sure if this is the property manager's fault or website's fault, but this is not even a hotel or apartment-like/suite hotel while being marketed as one (you can find this property when hotel filter is on). Pros: The building itself is new. All home appliances are new and fully functional and appear to be clean. The room itself is relatively clean as well. The room also has full set of cookware, plates, etc. Cons: (1) As mentioned above, this is not a hotel and management does not provide shampoo or body wash, and when you call their customer service, all they can help you with is "I could give you directions to shops where you can buy". Good luck with that if you fly/take train to Quebec city and arrive at evening/night. There is also no onsite staff. (2) The room itself is clean when we arrived, but towels were randomly piled on multiple shelves (and not folded) all over the room like they've been used. We honestly couldn't tell if those towels are clean or not by the look (they do not appear to be dirty, but the way they are piled look just like they've been used). (3) The bed is a pull-down bed that can be folded into wall, so don't expect a good quality mattress.

Our appartment was spacious and beautiful and in a great location close to grocery shop (metro), gym, pharmacy and train station. We had a full kitchen. The city of Quebec scheduled a light shutdown so we did not have a light for one day. Our code did not work. But after calling a loft services we got the keys :). The stay was wonderful.

Petite chambre, mais superbe emplacement! La chambre était ultra propre et le service était courtois. Je recommande fortement!

No elevator, parking lots very low ceiling

Property had self check in where they sent a code to enter. There was someone at desk who advised us about restaurants in area. There was a bus stop nearby to get into Old Quebec if you didn't want to take a lengthy walk. On site parking was a plus.

Super

Emplacement très bien situé. En plein été, pour faire du hiking dans la région, c'est parfait pour la grandeur et il avait un spa (un peu vieux, par contre). La propreté était moyenne, mais rien de majeur.
