Vacations Close To South Carolina Welcome Center

Property is a beautiful old mansion. It’s in excellent condition. Pam at Reception was outstanding! I strongly recommend avoiding a room on 1st floor. Room was beautiful however so damp that our towels were wet and had to be changed out. Other guests in same floor said they experienced same issue. Also quite a walk into historic district and riverfront. Were walkers so it was fine but if you’re not into walking several miles a day I’d rethink the location. Again, the beauty of the building is outstanding but choose your room wisely depending on the season

If you are ever in Savannah - treat yourself to the luxury of staying at this beautifully appointed hotel. The staff in every aspect was top notch, with lovely warm hospitality. Rebecca along with her front desk staff were an absolute joy to deal with!

Excellent parking on street. Linen/ bathrobes were excellent quality. Will go back.

Beautiful property, super friendly staff, you won’t find a more perfect place to stay in Savannah! Right in the heart of the historic district and walkable to sights, restaurants and shops!

Upon arrivining, we quickly realized our room was smaller than expected, and not the City view requested. We were staying 5 days, and staff understandably arranged a larger room which was ideal. The staff was friendly and very accomadating, We had a prearrranged breakfast every day, which was excellent. The pool was a little disappointing, 3 ft deep, not mentioned in advertising, still very nice, nice for families. I would highly recommend the Alida Hotlel for the above, the location is very close to the Riverwalk, which was great!
