Vacations Close To Athlone Towncentre

Great place near the airport. Reasonably priced with a free airport shuttle. However, it’s CRAZY to have two hotels with nearly the same name. We saw many people who had gone to the wrong hotel.

Spacious and central

Would stay here again! Close enough to walk everywhere and within 1-2 miles of center. Far enough from the tourist areas to where the street was clean and quiet.

Great location, clean and tidy, friendly staff, I liked the pantry option to fill up water bottles and grab a coffee. The only negative is the noise, when you see ear plugs you expect something. The bars outside wasn’t too bad, it was more the noise in the morning from the barrels being delivered that was the problem. Not the hotels fault but something to consider.
