This property was spotless, centrally located, and the staff really kept a distance to make it feel as if it was your home. The breakfast spread was fresh, delicious, and local. I highly recommend!

The hotel is outdated, There was no kettle and complimentary water, terrible towels. About food - breakfast was good but the dinner awful, drinks owerpriced. But the location is nice and the garden beautiful

Stayed here again and loved it!! Came back on my last day on the island because I loved it so much on my first night there! Highly recommend! I would love to come back again one day!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing and the houseboat itself was spotless, comfortable and really well equipped. We especially loved the rooftop deck — such a lovely place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The staff genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful. Communication was excellent throughout and everyone we dealt with was so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delivered fresh every morning and could be tailored to exactly what you wanted, which was such a lovely touch. Everything about the stay felt really well thought out, from the amenities on board to the fantastic service. Such a unique way to stay in São Miguel and one of the highlights of our trip. We would absolutely recommend it and would happily stay again!

Overall place was very nice beautiful views . Parking lot was very dirty garbage all over the place .

Lovely garden setting a 20 minute walk from Ponta Delgado centre. Full of character and a real antidote to business / tour group hotels. Great staff and swimming pool was perfect for relaxing. Unheard but warm in September.

High end but casual. Understated elegance. Stunning surroundings and an extremely spacious room with a beautiful view. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Lovely and helpful staff.
