“From 16 to 18 February 2019, it was another wonderful stay in Sahid Mutiara Hotel in Karawaci. Truly, Ms Gita showed her wonderful and sincere smile jovially when she saw me. A feeling made me (and you) felt like you had returned home. All other staffs were polite too. My 3 friends told me they had enjoyed their stay in this hotel as they like the room cleanliness, good restaurant food and many others. We stayed in Room 610 and 612. I definitely will return to Sahid Mutiara Hotel again.”

I know you can't expect much from a two-star hotel, but in this case, the hygiene of the room left much to be desired. The bathroom was filthy and had mold everywhere. After showering, the drain started to stink. This sewer smell lingered all night. We were planning to stay longer if the hotel had been satisfactory.
