“Excellent as always. I don't like the rainfall showers, they are very inconvenient, and it hurts to bend over backward if you don't want to get your hair wet. A proper shower projects water at an angle not straight down. Also the styling is painful with the sharp corners. The little wand is not the same as a real shower. If you provide a wand it should be a large circular area, not a small rectangle. I recommend to replace all shower fixtures with a more ergonomic design. Also the bath towels...

“If you want an affordable, safe, quiet stay in this area, Golden Lotus is for you. If you're used to western hotels, this may not be your thing. This is a classic, old-school Indian hotel with all of the charms and oddities you may expect. The rooms are very large, the staff is helpful and friendly (but not in the overly sycophantic way of the 5 star Indian Hotels).
