Vacations Close To Bosque Arts Center

The sheets were nasty as u know what. I didn't even stay there the whole night. It was awful.

There was horrible smell in the hallway. And the facility needs a very good deep clean.

Overall, I had a great stay at Extended Stay America. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel is conveniently located near the highway and several restaurants, which made getting around very easy. The only downside was the condition of my room. The bathtub floor was peeling and coming off, and there were some issues with the bathtub ceiling that definitely needs some attention. Despite these issues, the excellent staff, convenient location, and easy access to restaurants made my overall stay a good experience. I would consider staying here again and hope the room conditions are improved in the future.

The only issue I had was being charged twice due to a system glitch. My room was paid prior to me arriving but the day of check out the system charged my card again The front desk manager could not reverse the charge. She offered to write a letter to my bank requesting the charge be released. It took 5 business days before the charge fell off.
