Had a great one night stay for my daughters softball tournament. This was nothing fancy, but the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I will definitely be visiting again for the next tournament. You can't beat the price and convenience to everything in town.

Place was beautifully newly renovated, but they had no hooks to hang your towels anywhere and there was still drywall. Dust all over the floor and in the bathroom which made our feet black other than that quiet and a beautiful place to stay.

I arrived at five minutes before ten p m. The office was closed.I had to drive off site to get the key. I got in the room and was pleasantly surprised. They'd spent some money on painting and doing a little work on the furniture.So the room looked pretty good. It's an old school strip motel that gentrified. Find and large , it seemed clean and the bed was comfortable. However, I went in the bathroom and it was disgusting.Somebody had peed all over the toilet seat and all over the toilet , and it was left behind and dry and sticky. At that point there was nobody on staff until the next morning.So I cleaned it myself and went to bed. That particular part was disgusting. But assuming that that was a one off exception that housekeeping just missed, it was a good value.

Reserved two rooms for two days and at check in the office door was locked. Had to call to get somebody there. Room was clean and spacious. The following day we left to enjoy the mid day with family and when we returned, our room keys wouldn't work. Went to the office and was told by a maid that we would have to wait for a manager to get keys remade. So they expected us to disrupt our plans for the remainder of the day in order to get new keys. We chose to just get new keys when we finished visiting our family that we drove 1,200 miles to see. So we get back to the motel at 7pm and the office door was locked...again! Had to call and wait for so none to get there...again. This room was nice but the customer service was absolutely, 100% the worst I have ever encountered!

This was quite an experience. We arrived at 7:30, the office was closed and people were there waiting for help as they left their key in their room. I called the number on the door. I was told someone would come to check me in but was not given a wait time. Then I was told i needed to drive to another property down the road to check in, but to wait a little as there was a line out the door. Upon entering our room, it seemed great, and mostly was. We then realized the floor was not only dirty, but literally gritty all over. We did really like the outside green sitting area. I was not sure my car was totally safe. One night there were people yelling outside at the hotel. We were there a few days and realized the other part of the property was year long low cost rentals. There is no ice machine at any of the properties. I was told they are on backorder. The reception is said to close at 10 (when there is someone there- they explained if it’s not busy they send people home and you can go to the other property down the road). One night we went in when someone was there at 9 to play some of the games, and were told the games closed at 9, although the reception was open till 10. We paid for the room through Expedia. Numerous days later, I saw on my credit card statement that I had been charged again by the hotel. I contacted them, it took them a half an hour to get back to me and they explained they mistakenly charge my card instead of “charging ” Expedia.

There's never any staff in the office and if you check in past a certain time you have to drive to their other location to get a key so beware of that. It was pretty clean except the floors you could feel the thick coating of dunk and my kids feet were completely black within the first 5 minutes of walking on the floor

Super clean room. Would stay here again. Note: there are no hooks to hang a coat nor a closet rod, but not a dealbreaker for me since I was only staying a few hours to rest on a road trip. There was a micro and mini fridge. Staff super nice!

I would definitely stay there again. Could use a drop box for keys. I waited until the office opened at 10 before I could check out. I had other things to do but had to wait.

Check in was easy and the host Michelle was lovely. This is a bare bones motel with live on units on the top floor. Rooms were bare and I would compare this to a no frills grocery store. Towels clean, room floor wasn’t cleaned well enough as after a shower my feet were dirty. No pictures on the wall and the mattress wasn’t that great. I would suggest this for college students or someone they has never stayed in a hotel as then one would have no standards to compare.

This was a wonderful room. Obviously they have remodeled each room in a clean, fresh way. The beds were very comfortable. We would stay again. The reason for four stars is there was no where to hang clothes or suitcase holder. Might be they aren’t finished with rooms yet, hence the great price. Everything was new! Five stars for GREAT VALUE.

I like that the rooms were clean. However, my room has no remote and no shower curtain. The front desk offered NO assistance. They were more concerned with closing, than helping. If I pay FULL, I expect ALL amenities. Like a comfortable shower.

My buddies and I stayed here during the Seattle to Portland bike ride. Centralia had thousands of people rolling through booking up all the hotels, but Dakota at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly, and was welcoming us and everyone else with a smile. After riding all day, receiving great customer service like that is all you can ask for. The rooms were clean and cozy as well. Great stay!
