This was a budget hotel and so was as expected. The room was clean but outdated. But the elevator smelt awful. I will not choose to stay here again.

Coffee was gross. I went to get water at their Poland, spring water dispenser, and it was disgusting dirty water was sitting in the rim of the dispenser. The room did smell like bleach which is the only reason I stayed. I left my suitcase in the car bc I didn’t want to get cootie bugs.

Family and pet friendly, free breakfast, plenty of parking, convenient location. Quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff. Very old and tired facilities andtorn curtains. Stained furniture, carpet, and sheets, damaged/peeling bathroom door and fixtures are old. Clearly being cleaned well by staff but the entire place needs overhaul. Scores 2 for facilities and ok overall.

We decided to stay an extra night and the girl at the front desk was very helpful in getting us the best price and in enabling us to keep our rooms without changing. Good help is not always easy to find so I want to commend it!

This hotel is ideally located, and run by super nice/friendly people. Was great, except that when you turn on the water in the sink, if someone is in the shower, the shower turns icy cold.

The pillow on my bed still had wrinkles and indent of previous head that laid on it. Indicating it was not changed. Also while needing a shower before bed the shampoo container was completely empty so could not wash hair.

There has been water damage as evidenced by the smell in the room, the water stains on the ceilings, and wallpaper/shower seam. The room needs a deep cleaning/remodel. The staff were excellent. We booked a 2nd night after our 1st night’s stay even though the room wasn’t $200 value. The morning attendant was very helpful. After Covid, it’s hard to find a good quality motel that is well maintained. Since we like to travel for Bluegrass we accept whatever is available; however, if we don’t speak up, nothing changes.

The room we stayed in had mold in the shower and stains in the bed. TV and main light switch for the room did not work. Would not recommend anyone stay there unless it’s an emergency. Room was in poor condition and desperately needs updated.

Dissapointing

My stay was unfortunately disappointing. I paid $250 before taxes for one night and the hotel was run down and dirty. The carpets were stained and there was dirt built up along the edges of the carpet. The all around cleanliness of the whole facility was poor.

Stains on the bed spread and bed skirt looked like semen stains. Broken dead bolt lock. Spider webs, dust, dirt, beverage stains on the end tables and on back of bathroom door. Dumpster outside of room window. I left after 5 hours of checking into this Uncomfortable Comfort Inn.

Absolutely no Wi-Fi. When raising this to the front desk they took NO!! responsibility and blamed the IT company that provides the WI-FI access and told us to call them and give them hell. It was ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE!!

Not for any mom/kid to stay

The hotel is an awful memory to me. The room is run down. The white bath towel is so old. The bathroom is worse than my kids' college's flat house bathroom. No sound proof. The lady in the next door keeps making noises with different man's sound. I moved out this hotel immediately because I feel unsafe. This hotel is not for any mom/kid to stay.

First, the good - it was a lovely quiet location, and the staff were great. The gentleman on the reception desk was very welcoming and pleasant, and the lady at breakfast was too. The room was pretty good, it was spacious and although dated, had everything we needed. Breakfast was ok. I saw a couple of guests with dogs whilst I was there and it's nice that it's dog friendly. Now, the bad. It was revoltingly dirty. I don't know who they have doing the cleaning, but they need to replace them! There was lots of hair on the bathroom floor, particularly between the bath and door (top tip for the cleaners: you have to actually move the door and vaccum behind it, not just stand in the doorway and vacuum there). And not hair from somebody's head either, it was gross. And next time I'm passing I'll pop in with a limescale remover spray as a gift, as clearly the cleaners have never heard of it - the taps and bath control were covered in limescale and a quick spray of that would have had them gleaming. Most reviews I read before booking said it was dirty, I'd hoped they have addressed this but obviously not. And although the surroundings are super quiet, it's not in the hotel as the walls are paper thin. We had a ground floor room next to an external door and all night we were woken by people going in and out of this door. We could also hear the baby crying in a room 3 doors down!

Upon check-in, we found our thermostat and tv didn’t work in our room. The front desk was able to get us into another room easily and upgraded us to a suite, which was very kind. Our original room also appeared to be dirty (e.g., dead flies on tables, fingernail clippings in bathroom). Our new room seemed to be cleaner. The hotel overall looked older and was in need of TLC (missing pictures on the walls, water damage on ceiling, musty smell). The other couple who we were traveling with had the same experience as far as room cleanliness goes. It was definitely overpriced. If we were staying longer, we would’ve canceled our reservation and went somewhere else.
