“Overall this hotel had lots of old fashion appeal. Once we received our key to our room. We went up and found that one of the beds had clearly not been changed. And they had to move us to another room.
I have never had that happen before. So that was very strange. The next room was very nice.”

“While the room was excellent in terms of both space and amenities, the lack of communication regarding check-in was very frustrating. I had to call Expedia before the property finally texted me which room I was in and the access code. Good thing that the weather was nice while I waited around for almost 30 minutes before I could get into my room.
I've never had this type of issue before with a virtual front desk.”
