“Kundenservice war schrecklich. Ich kam an der Unterkunft an und das Zimmer welches ich gebucht habe war von jemand anderes besetzt. Keiner hat mich Bescheid gegeben. Somit bin ich gegangen und habe das Geld zurückverlangt. Sie wollten es mir nicht geben. Am Telefon waren die sehr unfreundlich und somit bin ich ins Büro gefahren und habe ein Aufstand gemacht. Ich kann garnichts von allem weiterempfehlen. ”

“It was very comfortable place , and the location it was nearly the center , you can really find everything near you even the port of thesaloniki it was near , very clean , you can change your sheets and ask for everything you need they will help hou , it was cozy small apartment with a street view the only problem it was for parking bcs if you park down the apartment you have to be careful about the local police just for 1 min from your ticket parking you will have very bad penatly like 150€”

“The people are extremely pleasant and happy to assist with any enquiry. You need to follow the check in process but once you get the hotel it’s the staff make everything super easy. Great location! Close to shops and sites. We parked our car and walked everywhere. We had breakfast included and definitely recommend it. We hope to return to Thessaloniki and stay again.”

“While the place has the potential due to its location, many advertised notes about it were incorrect. It advertised an easy check in and out while actually there is no one at the so called reception area. The main entrance door is supposed to be locked and in fact it is widely open and with no one guarding the entrance it feel quite unsafe. “This place was such a disappointment. They call it a “penthouse,” but it’s really not. The kitchen curtains were dirty, the cutlery wasn’t clean, and there was no parking even though the listing said there would be. We ended up having to pay 100 euros for a nearby parking garage, which was super frustrating.
