“They could not find our booking because we used hotel.com. they let us in early to our room. Shower nozzle broken and no hot water. No drinking water supplied either. Contacted receptionist, and they fixed the shower and hot water in 30min. He was super apologetic and helpful. Gym next door is really loud at night. Now im still waiting over 2 hrs because they wanted to charge me for last night even though they have a reservation that says pre-paid. Helpful receptionist let me use hotel phone to...

“Spacious and comfortable room with big bathroom. Breakfast was adequate but limited to two choices - omlette & sausage or porridge and pancakes. Both tasty and cooked fresh. The male receptionist wasn’t overly helpful but perhaps he had just started the job? Would definitely stay again but ask for a room away from the reception/dining area as it could be noisy.”

“there were biting bugs in the bed linens. I informed the front desk and they simply told me I was wrong. so I guess the red bites were my imagination after all since they told me I was wrong.”

“Sufficiente per un breve pernottamento. In generale la struttura è modesta, ma costa anche poco e non si può pretendere più di tanto. Buona la colazione.”

“Me gustará destacar el desayuno: bueno y completo, con el café de calidad y un servicio muy amable.”
