I had a great stay at the motel! It was clean and affordable, which was exactly what we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a budget-friendly option. While the staff did not bother us at all the lady responded almost immediately to each message and request.

Bed was super uncomfortable in the king suite. Stains on the couches.

We were able to check in about 2 hours early which was appreciated. Our room on the 14th floor was unacceptable. The air conditioning did not work and most of the lightbulbs in the room were burnt out. We notified front desk staff and were graciously moved to the 6th floor, The air conditioning worked but output was meager and there was a mold/musty smell throughout. There were multiple eleators, I believe 6 but it appeared that only 1 was working. I asked how many worked and was told 3 but every trip on the elevator only one seemed to be functioning. I asked for a refund and because I had booked through Expedia I had to handle through them. That was frustrating because you cannot talk to a person, only a chat. It took 1.5 hours or "chatting" and finally we were offered 2 of our 3 mights refund. The hotel is older and has the potential to be quite nice but it is not being properly maintained. While I was at the desk dealing with my issues, I saw 2 other people checking out complaining of cleanliness issues and poor room conditions. I cannot recommend this hotel.
