Very friendly staff at check in. Room was clean and had nice bed. Housekeeping came every day. There was nothing wrong with the room worth writing about.

Enjoyed the stay. My only complaint is a cleaning product or deodorant they used in rooms was a bit overwhelming. Otherwise very nice rooms, airport shuttle, and staff. .

The tub was stopped up when showering.

I booked this hotel specifically because of the airport shuttle service. I arrive and ask about the 4:00 a.m. shuttle and was told that it was used by flight crews and no room for me. I was told "You can get an Uber." I was in the lobby at 3:45 a.m. There was no airport shuttle not flight crew waiting. My Uber arrived at 4:10, and I pay $25 extra cost.

The room was not clean. Potato chips behind the bed. Mold/mildew in tub in several areas. Bedroom smelled like urine. Bad smells coming from the vents. One day it smelled like strong food and another day it smelled musty. I've stayed at this location multiple times in the past but it seems to have really gone downhill. Will not stay again.

Everything went pretty well with our stay! It was just me and my sister and this felt like a very safe hotel. The hotel was pretty clean. My sister did see that there was some holes in her bedsheets, but I’m sure that was just a one off thing. The breakfast in the morning was good, they have a waffle maker and a couple of hot options along with your standard hotel breakfast stuff, like bagels and cereal and fruit. Parking was super easy and available at the hotel so there was no problems there. We didn’t use any other amenities so I can’t speak for the pool or the gym. A very nice stay overall!!
