Das Zimmer war sauber und großräumig. Das Personal war kompetent und zuvorkommend. Die Zentrale Lage war top. Negativ war, das kein Frühstück angeboten wurde und parken ist ebenfalls schwierig.

Das Zimmer war nicht ganz sauber. Auf dem Schrank lag etwas undefinierbares in Taschentuch eingewickeltes, was wir sehr ekelig fanden. Das Personal war nicht sehr zugewandt. Wir bekamen das WLAN Passwort erst nach Tagen. Nachdem nicht auf E-Mails und Anrufe geantwortet würde, müssten wir in den Läden und das Personal fragen. Beim ersten Mal wurde uns einfach ein falsches Passwort genannt. Wir mussten nochal dort hin gehen. Das war sehr ärgerlich. Die Zufriedenheit des Gastes ist dort total egal! Als wäre denen nicht bewusst, dass man sich dort eine schöne Zeit machen möchte und dafür bezahlt.

Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Mir hat das Zimmer, direkt lage in der Innenstadt und Schloss nähe sehr gut gefallen. Super Boxspringbett, ich hab geschlafen wie ein Baby. Immer wieder gerne.

Man fühlt sie nicht wirklich willkommen da der Betrieb der Bar und des Restaurants moments anscheinend wichtiger ist. Dies zeigt sich auch darin das ich nach 6 Tagen immer noch keine Rechnung für meinen Aufendhalt bekommen habe. Bei Anrufen im Lokal hat man das Gefühl man stört. Schade für Celle.

Reparaturbedarf vorhanden!

Defekte Gardinenstange, darum keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit im Zimmer vorhanden, sehr problematisch, da sich direkt gegenüber eine helle Straßenlaterne befindet! Auch direkt gegenüber eine Bar mit Außengastronomie! Keine Fernbedienung für Fernseher vorhanden. Keine Spiegelbeleuchtung im Bad vorhanden, nur geschützte Kabelenden sichtbar.

Das Zimmer liegt in der Altstadt, alles ist fußläufig. Allerdings haben die Handtücher gemüffelt, auch sonst entsprach das Bad nicht meinen Hygienevorstellungen. Um 9.00 Uhr wurde an meine Tür geklopft, wann ich gedenke, das Zimmer zu räumen...

Das Zimmer war sauber, aber die Dusche ist dreckig, vorallem der Duschkoof richtig eklig Das Bett ist super, wir haben aber sehr wenig geschlafen weil die Fenster zu dünn sind. Es war in der Nacht direkt unter unserem Fenster sehr lange sehr laut. Waren nächsten Tag richtig müde. Leider !!!

For den som forventer topp hotellstandard, så er ikke dette riktig sted. Hotellet består av diverse hybler/rom. Standarden er ikke høy, men i forhold til prisen så har jeg ikke problemer med å anbefale stedet. Alt var rent og pent når jeg kom, og senga var god. OBS: resepsjonen er inne på restauranten Moments (anbefales). Det er ingen skilt med Celler Auszeit på.

Centralt og hyggeligt

Værelset var dejlig centralt. Det var lidt svært at finde receptionen da det er inde i en restaurant. Der stod brugte glas på værelset, men det blev fjernet og ellers var der pænt. Der manglede lidt info i forhold til wifi og udtjekning. Restauranten og dermed receptionen, åbner først kl. 11:00 hvor der også er tjekud, så vi efterlod nøglen i låsen, da vi skulle tidligt afsted.
