La habitación a la que llegué olía tanto a caño que tuve que solicitar que me cambiarán a una más chica, sin ajuste en el costo total de la habitación. Al día siguiente, la habitación a la que me cambiaron también olía a caño. El agua caliente fue escasa

Sin Agua caliente ni fría en mi estancia

Hola, eh enviado, mensajes y eh llamado, sin tener respuesta, en el hotel no había agua caliente, porque se descompuso la caldera, dijeron que en una hora quedaría y no fue así, volví a llamar y dijeron que en el transcurso de la noche llegaría o al día siguiente por la mañana, y peor al siguiente día ni agua fría ni agua caliente, ni el WC ni el lavabo, por lo que solicito un reembolso, por esta incomodidad, se le informo al personal quienes pedían disculpa constantemente, pero eso no resolvía la incomodidad

Mal, no había agua caliente, , Recepción informo que estaban reparando la Caldera y que en cuestión de unos minutos se arreglaba, pasaron horas y volví a llamar y me informaron que más noche o mañana en la mañana y hoy Domingo se continúo sin Agua caliente, pero el colmo que hoy ya sin Agua caliente ni Agua fría, por lo que solicito, el Reembolso, aclaro que la persona de Recepción, pidió muchas veces disculpas, pero eso no me ayudó en Nada. Tuve que ir a hacerme con mi esposa a unos baños Publicos

Por un costo muy económico una cama para dormir

El hotel es antiguo y no se ha remodelado desde hace mucho tiempo, se ve que tuvo mejores epocas, los colchones, ropa de cama y de baño se ven percudidos y antiguos, había mucho ruido a las 4 AM en las demás habitaciones y el personal del hotel no se preocupó por revisar y solicitar silencio para comodidad de los demás huespedes, el personal muy amable y listo para recibirte a pesar que la reservación se había realizado recientemente y en la madrugada, el hotel cumple su función por el costo que ofrece.

Le falta mantenimiento al hotel. Las alfombras sucias, las toallas blancas con manchas, la TV vieja, y el estado en general del hotel se percibe con bajo mantenimiento. El personal amable, buena ubicación, y el restaurante con buen sazón.

No respetan

Mal... al hacer check-in en recepción tenían otra tarifa diferente a la que yo reservé. Aún mostrándole resumen de la reservación el de recepción dudaba y quería cobrar su tarifa. Finalmente, según el, nos iba a hacer favor de respetarnos nuestra reservación, eso significaría que ya todo tendría costo extra como un ejemplo que quería cobrarnos expedirnos una segunda llave.

Es un hotel ya de algún tiempo, con habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Tiene una buena ubicación al inicio de la principal avenida de Celaya, con restaurantes cercanos. Es una sensación extraña el encontrarse con un hotel ocupado casi por completo por policías.
