“Nice hotel with a spa. Great location. Parking. Breakfast additional cost. Food good to excellent in restaurant. Staff some were excellent some not as interested in customer service. Would stay again.”

“Good value for money”

“Location was good and also the matras was ok. The Bath and furniture were dated, Bath rust and mold. View from the window on garbage from hotel. We had lots of flies in the room. The TV was not working properly (bad receipt most channels). No soap and shampoo at shower (both empty). No cleanup room and clean towels for 2nd night. We paid for breakfast but was poor. On tables outside in the morning they left all the bottles and glasses. They are not looking after the place. Much much too...

“Property and car park was very easy to find, had plenty of instructions on how to get to the property and gain entry well in advance Hotel itself is small and cosy room was well maintained and very clean, bed and bedding was clean and comfy and bathroom was well stocked We had a lovely stay here.”

“There was no hot water in the morning”

“Staff excellent. Breakfast great Rooms very very nice. Stayed last year but this year showed a massive improvement. Had a room downstairs far superior to upstairs. A little noisy around 130 am but nothing you can do about that. Staff considerately and diplomatically moved non disabled parking guest out of disabled space. Very thoughtful. Definitely recommend it. Will be back. Receptionist on duty 830 am last Tuesday was exceptional.”

“The room was big with a well stocked tea tray. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with a buffet style hot selection at the weekend and made to order hot choices weekday. The staff were welcoming and friendly.”

“Have stayed here numerous times, Food is good & comfortable room.”
