Slept well.

Room and bathroom were very clean. Lots of hot water in the shower. The bed covers were exceptional, but the bed was a bit lumpy. None the less, I got a good night's sleep.

Our stay was pretty good. The communication on getting into our rooms and such was great! Being able to take our doodle with us was great! The room was fairly clean. The blanket on the bed was stained up and the water had a sulfur smell to it. For what we needed, the room was very succulent!

Clean rooms. Very comfortable beds. Strange way to check in. There isn’t any staff at check in. They send you a key code by text msg. Our first code didn’t work and had to call and get a second code. Breakfast was really limited and wasn’t ready at 7am as it was supposed to be. It was closer to 8am.

The room was comfortable and clean. No one at desk at check in. The code didn't work for our room. Shower had no water pressure. Minimal breakfast. We ate out instead. Plus, the room was over priced. We paid it because there were no alternatives for housing.

They charged my card on file 2 days before my stay, which I had the stay set to “pay at property” and when I called them about this their response is we always charge the card on the day the reservation is made, I then said I set it up 2 weeks prior and then they said they do it 2 days in advance to make sure funds are available. And then we got there and there is no one ever there. You call a number for assistance. The room itself was great! No complaints there! But breakfast was supposed to be available between 7:00am-10:00am and yet at 7:09am as we were leaving, the counter was EMPTY! So in the end, to pay $151 for a one night stay, it wasn’t worth it!! We have paid half that at other locations in the area and had staff available on site for any questions & breakfast they started setting up about 10-15 mins before it was to start!
No breakfast! Not even a bagel lol

When we got there to check in we had to holler for someone to help us. Nobody ever at the front desk if we had questions or needed anything. Needed help with the heater but no one around to ask. Had to call their number to talk to someone. Price was high for the lack of staff and overall.

The tile in bathroom was cracked. The bathroom sick was so old it was cracked in a dozen places and all the cracks were not clean. The drapes were falling down and the TV didn’t work for more than fifteen minutes then would shutdown. The walls were so thin I listen to toddlers run around till 2 o’clock in the morning.

Perhaps it is a sign of the times but we never encountered any staff. No one at the desk for check in or check out. The breakfast was obviously set out by someone but it was not worth staying for anyway. The room was great and had the breakfast been worthy, I would have given them an excellent rating.
