Vacations Close To Cedar Ridge Golf Course

The check in was smooth, they let us check in two hours early which was nice. The room was clean, and huge! Our biggest issue was the pool. Pool was cool, but SO overcrowded, and half of it was closed off? The only other complaint was any time we contacted concierge we got the buy into our condo speech, like 3 or 4 times which was annoying, if we wanted to buy a time share, we would. Loved the transportation to and from Excalibur, that was nice. We were in tower 5 near the parking garage, so that was also nice not having to walk forever away in 115° heat. Overall- I would probably book here again, maybe more so during the week instead of a weekend to be able to enjoy the pool more.

Liked: On the phone, very polite and informative. Disliked: 1. Pool close at 7 PM? 2. Not informed about the total expenses before I arrived. 3. Not told anbout all the amenities, such as the do not switch and how it worked. 4. Not giving water at reception.

The room was spacious and very accomadating. However, the shower pressure was very low and the shower head was very dirty. Bathroom had a large tub bit the water faucet did not work. Very disappointing. Why would you create a nice room with an ineffective shower and tub??? Pool was great, nearby bistro and Starbucks was convenient. If these were corrected, I would return.

The property was well maintained, the pool area was nice. We had trouble when we checked in with the front staff, the issue was escalated to the manager and hopefully address with the individuals
