This hotel is BREATHTAKING and has become my new favorite hotel in Las Vegas!

Definitely recommend the renovated room in the Valley tower. Good location to get to other places up and down the strip. Especially for alternative food option as there are not alot of options restaurant wise just the small food court. Overall the hotel was good.

Our first room had an air conditioner with bearings or something squealing, but they sent one of their maintenance men to switch out the AC unit within 10 min (even though we had arrived from our flight attendants 1:00 am). The following morning, we realized the “new” AC unit really wasn’t cooling, so the front desk upgraded us to a king suite. That was super nice of them. Everything in the suite was amazing.

Understanding this property is in the midst of a renovation, I appreciated extra perks like complimentary coffee with your key in the transforming coffee shop in lobby across from construction. The guest experience from the room however was less than ideal. QR codes and endless AI bot selections by phone for extra towels, pillows, and a medical fridge that took you in circles was frustrating. The app was untenable, thankfully the staff member who finally got on the phone helped work it out, however there was a huge convention checking in and it seemed like staffing wasn't adequate for the amount of guests coming in. The hot water in the shower was another miss as it was non existent. . . Lukewarm showers are not my idea of luxury.
