Good for a quick stop overnight. The breakfast is very sparse and not a lot of choices. But the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the gentleman at the front desk was amazing!

Overall our stay was great. Only complaint was the refrigerator was unplugged and we weren’t able to place our cool items in right away. Also the TV was offline. We reported it the next morning since we had come into the room late. The staff came in and fixed it right away. The breakfast was good. Parking was fine.

The staff was great. Helpful and friendly and helped us to handle a very sticky situation caused by an unruly guest, not related to the property. We were close to just leaving to avoid the issue that was caused by this person, but Management was able to come to the lobby and handle the issue personally and we felt comfortable staying as originally planned. We do travel with a small companion dog, my service animal. The facilities were accommodating and comfortable for traveling with a pet. The room itself was clean and well-appointed, but the linens were a little worn. That would be my only complaint. We will stay here again. Thank you

Staff: breakfast staff were incredible, helpful. One even filled my coffee mug when my hands were full on my way out. However, the office staff were practically non-existent. I tried to report a problem and got no response to the required phone call. It is fortunate that I solved the problem by myself and could actually get into my room on Saturday night. The management needs to check all the security latches on the doors. If they screws loosen, the latch drops enough to make opening the door from the outside a BIG PROBLEM. I made a temporary solution by finger tightening the screws. I'm reporting it here because office staff were unavailable to whom to report this.

The toilet overflowed and we hurried and put towels down so the water wouldn't run out of the bathroom on the carpet and the staff got mad at us for using the towels for that purpose. They said we should have contacted them to get some rags, but there wasn't time for that!

The blue walls surrounding the shower were dirty, and the hand towel hung up had what I would assume is a beard hair stuck to it, and clearly had been used by the previous guest. The room and hotel so old and run down. First room was so Smokey, I couldn’t walk into it but they did give me another. Definitely needs a face lift. Fridge was also very loud. Pillows and bed not good—I had an awful sleep. The place was clean.
