The room was large and spacious. The shower was hot and refreshing. We truly enjoyed are stay and the staff were kind and courteous. One small suggestion. Please replace the outside screen in room 301 as it takes away from the beautiful views. Overall, a wonderful and joyful stay.

The front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful. The swimming pool and hot tub are both out of service, and appear to have not been functional for a while. During our stay no one was working on repairing them (yes, it was the weekend, but there did not appear to be urgency to get them back operational as no one was actively there working on repairing them at any point during our stay). A big part of the reason we booked this hotel was to be able to use the indoor pool and hot tub, so it was a significant disappointment that both were out of commission. Part of the hot tub is torn apart - so it might be a lot longer before the swimming pool and hot tub are operational.
