Front desk guy was VERY nice Breakfast spread was much more than you get or expect at these type of establishments , they have hot cocoa, whipped cream, fresh croissants and hard boiled eggs in addition to the bread, yogurt, cream cheese peanut butter etc. Easy access to Zion National Park

the absolute perfect spot to see the sheep parade worth every penny. nice remodeled rooms. bed was comfy the ac was a little loud. your right off the main drag so we did have some traffic noise even with the new windows and the pumpkin waffles were a nice treat

This place was just a bed for our heads, definitely not a hotel, but you get what you pay for. The rooms were safe, the bed were comfy but creaky and the bathroom has clean but there was hair in the toilet and on the walls.. gross. If you just need a one night quick stay this place does the trip, good location to the theaters.

The room is clean. And the breakfast area is clean. The hotel is just a little on the older side. So while it’s old, it’s clean. It was a great place to stay and a great price point. Our family of 4 stayed in a room with three queens. That was really nice to have three beds…Even if they were a little cramped. We were able to walk to the Shakespeare festival. Walking home after 10 PM at night felt safe. No problem with that at all. the breakfast was OK. I have celiac so I didn’t eat there.

Upon check-in I was immediately impressed by the ownership and appreciated the chance to meet with them directly. I was offered an upgrade at no charge. The breakfast spread had everything I could have wanted. The housekeeping came at an attentive rate. Very pleased overall.

The bed was comfortable. We turned on the AC to drown out the noisy street traffic but the AC was super loud so it was hard to sleep. We didn't try the breakfast there. There was no hand soap and no place in the bathroom to hang out towels. Otherwise it was ok.

Minimal breakfast items, very basic. Staff is friendly. Sheets clean but bed was not comfortable at all; no good sleep. Room was SO noisy - felt as though windows or door were open because you can hear absolutely everything outside. Bathroom was very clean, including towels (just a big threadbare). Lots of built up dust on floors around edges of the room and furniture legs.

It was a fine overnight stop - clean, comfy bed and pillows, nice towels. Good sitting chairs and fridge with small freezer. Small breakfast with good coffee offered in the lobby. Old style motel which is what we wanted with nice people running it.
