The staff was soooo unprofessional and unhelpful, but the hotel was nice, clean and safe. The beds were very comfortable, also.

There were 2 elevators. One was marked out of order. The 2nd did not work to go up, only down. Staff insisted it worked. Really good hot breakfast but coffee machine was marked out of order. Room was nice, bed was great. Except for elevator, this would have been a 4 star review.
