After checking in we went to our room unpacked then went to dinner. After returning we noticed that our room did not have blackout curtains and since we were on the ground floor people could see in. Went to the front desk and we were told that all rooms were like that. I went out and looked at some and sure enough I could see into other rooms. We had reservations for the following week and made other arrangements. I knew we could not get a refund but did not care. We go to Cedar City several times a year and will not stay there again.

Thank You for your feed back. I do apologize that you were unable to find our black out curtains in the room. I appreciate this issue being brought to my attention so I can better train our staff to meet help with this need in the future.

Over all it was ok. It is an older Hampton so the room was a bit run down. We were put in an ADA room and the shower was all over the bathroom. Breakfast was subpar.

No fridge or microwave.

Small, but clean room. I was surprised that there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. This is the first Hampton I have stayed in which did not have either. During check out, I learned that these items were available upon request. I should have checked the amenities, but I made an assumption based on previous Hamptons.
