There was a problem with my booking. The young lady who was there took care of the booking, was polite and customer service was outstanding. She comped the room and apologized more than she needed to. Highly recommend this hotel. 5 stars for customer service.

America’s Best Value Inn in Cedar City is in a very convenient location for my travels from Colorado to California. The price is very reasonable and the hotel is easily accessible from I-15. I’ve stayed a few times now. While not in the top of the line level of hotels, it serves my needs for a safe, quiet place to stay for a night during my travels. Traveling on a budget, it meets the need.

The first night was bad as the room was infested with bed bugs (common to see if you’ve been traveling frequently). After reflecting this, the front desk was apologetic and quickly changed my remaining stays in a “premium” room, which was very clean and nice. My rating is the average of my 4 nights. Night 1 - one star. Night 2~4 - four stars.
