Premetto che sono un viaggiatore piuttosto adattabile, viaggio spesso per lavoro e per turismo in Italia, in Europa e fuori Europa, passo almeno 50 notti all’anno in hotel e sono disposto a passare sopra a qualche piccolo disagio. Ma questa volta no. L’esperienza all’hotel Posta è stata una delle peggiori della mia vita. Il bagno della stanza 203 era decisamente fatiscente, riconvertito malamente a bagno disabili con piatto doccia usurato e sporco, doccino che schizzava ovunque, ventola sporca, rumorosa e insufficiente al suo scopo. Ma ciò che ha reso il mio soggiorno un incubo è stato l’impianto di climatizzazione che è risultato del tutto inefficace: in pieno agosto con 40 gradi all’ombra, la camera e le parti comuni dell'hotel che ho frequentato sono rimaste decisamente roventi per tutta la durata del soggiorno. L'assistenza alla reception non ha purtroppo risolto il problema, minimizzando la situazione e limitandosi a suggerire di aspettare che il flebile flusso di aria proveniente dall’impianto potesse rinfrescare la stanza. Esperienza terrificante, notte insonne, anche se mi troverò in futuro a Cecina non soggiornerò mai più all’hotel Posta.
