Clean and comfortable

The room was clean and comfortable, although there was a problem with the bathroom sink. Fortunately after we called room service, they immediately fixed it. The filipino breakfast buffet was great with fresh fruits served daily.

Loved this hotel! Very comfortable, very nice, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Breakfast buffet was so delicious and something we looked forward to everyday on our trip. Super cold AC and spacious room. My only dissatisfaction was in the bathroom. It looked like it hasnt been cleaned for a while. The floor in the room really needed to be cleaned. However the bed and bedding itself was very clean and smelled fresh so i just made do. I would still recommend staying here and i would definitely return. Very very nice considering the price was afforable!

We stay for short time. Hotel staff very friendly, helpfull. Room is clean, comfortable. Tea, coffee in room. Toiletress awailable. Restaurant and food perfect. We had excursion to Bohol and not explore much Cebu. Cant say about hotel area. Just can say is not far Mall, there we go to eat first day we arrive.

The staff were wonderful and the room was comfortable. I was very happy with the service! The breakfast was tasty and balanced, good value. I have to be honest that the building has visible damage, which is unfortunate since it was built recently. I think it may be faulty construction rather than maintenance issue. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean which is most important, but the room could have been cleaner (floors and bathroom counter needed a scrub)

My new go to hotel in Cebu City

My stay here in Goldberry is as close to confortable as I envisioned, specially considering the price of admission. For the price for basically a 2 star hotel, I experienced an almost 5 star service and facilities. The only nitpick I can possibly give is that there was no slippers provided in the room. Neither was a microwave provided in the room, but this is acceptable since it is not usually provided for cheap rooms like what I availed. Overall, my stay here is a very pleqsuravle experience

Nice from the outside view,poor condition inside.

The hallway aircon is off,it feels so ovenly hot everytime we passed by going to our room.the lock of the window in our room is not working well if we want fresh air in the morning.they turned off the aircon at the reception area at night.what is nice about the hotel, is their staff who are friendly,courteous and helpful.
