This hotel is fantastic, great staff and great food. The rooms are massive and the AC is perfect for the really hot days. Would recommend if you plan on staying in cebu city for a while. Will happily stay again

where to begin.... The Staff... absolutely professional and accommodating with care. We cant thank them enough for the superb attention they gave to us and all other guests. The location was easy access to most places as well. The Family Suite was just as pictured and offered us ample room for our stay. One also cannot make a bad critique with the food as it was outstanding. As a FYI, Its a "Must" to schedule the breakfast buffet into your plans. The weekend Japanese dinner buffet satisfied the pallets of the three of us. We are so happy that our initial plans at the Ducit on Lapu Lapu didn't work out. Will we come back? most definitely.

It was our first time in Cebu, Phillipines, and we had a great time at Diane's hotel. The breakfast was wonderful and they had variety of options. The customer service was great and they assisted when we required something. They had complimentary disposal toothbrush and toothpaste with disposable slippers. They also provided bottled water daily upon room service. The pool was great and clean, we had no concerns. We would definitely be back again.

Great breakfast. Staff were great. Bathroom had to be serviced twice for clogging and the showerer didn’t have good pressure. Bathrooms were ok but room was nice for the price. I would stay there again.

This place is extremely nice! They offer same day laundry service for 35php per Kilo on the 3rd floor, There is an amazing restaurant on the 2nd floor, and a great gym too. It’s located very close to a lot of activities in IT park. It’s extremely clean!!!
