Very satisfied with the breakfast, both the food and the service. it’s a buffet, but the staff served me because I’m disabled. The shower in the room was excellent with the large showerhead and ample hot water. The Chop Suey from room service was full of fresh vegetables, just what I was looking for. Overall, I rated the experience as good because it wasn’t easy to reach Customer Service and there was no conspicuous information in the room explaining housekeeping and room service.

Been coming off and on to the Parklane since 2015, it’s aged but staff is still great. Some we have known since our first visit. Buffet is okay for breakfast, but I caught a case of food poisoning one night from either the salad or the desert and never ventured back for another except breakfast. The Bean coffee shop is good, kind of pricey but worth it. Lots of shopping and dining close so it’s a good value location.
